A junior with a big heart. Devoted to her school and her community Heidi Ahamead is in several clubs.
Key club, Black Student Union, the Ethiopian club, and she volunteers at a senior living home. While volunteering she loves to interact with people and hear everybody’s story. Heidi paints nails, serves food and even does some of the senior citizens hair.
“I enjoy playing cross word with the senior citizens I am always surprised by the amount of words they know,” Said junior Heidi Ahamead
She volunteers several times throughout the year. Throughout her busy life with school, volunteering and all the clubs she is in she still manages her time so that she can hang out with her friends and still be such an impact in the community. Heidi also likes to go shopping at Tysons corner and a few particular stores Forever 21, Garage and H&M. Heidi is focused on the future where she wants to move to New York but for now she just wants reconstruction to end as she awaits graduation.
“I hope they give us more time to travel to class and that construction doesn’t go through my senior year.” Said junior Ahamead
