He’s bringing ‘Sexy Back’

Phenomenal actor, angelic singer, suave dancer, and now GQ’s “Man of the Year”: the one and only, Justin Timberlake.
There is no one more fitting for this honor of the most well-rounded and attractive man of 2013 than Justin Timberlake. From his leading role in Runner, Runner and Inside Llewyn Davis to his release of his album The 20/20 Experience, as well as his executive production of the documentary The Short Game, this year was HUGE for Timberlake.
We also can’t forget his unforgettable performance with his former band NSYNC at the VMA’s this past August. For me, it was the perfect way to end the summer, seeing my childhood favorite band come back for one last performance lead by the most talented man I have ever had the privilege to watch dance.
The runners up for 2013 “Man of the Year” (the “Men of the Year”) include many attractive and extremely talented men including Matthew McConaughey, Will Ferrell, and Kendrick Lamar; however, Justin Timberlake stood out from the rest as the obvious choice for this year’s honor.
Having started in a boy-band, Timberlake’s journey to the performer he is today is remarkable. He is now a one-man show, but is debatably even more successful on his own than he was in a band. He has now been nominated for nine Grammy’s, not even counting the three that he has won.
His superb skills are shown through his spectacular acting in every one of the films he has starred in. The movies vary from romantic comedies such as Friends with Benefits, where he played an ambitious young man trying to make it in the journalism world who unintentionally falls in love with his best friend, to animated children’s movies like Shrek the Third and Shark Tale, where he brought a character to life with his voice.
Not only does he star in movies, but Timberlake has also appeared in TV shows, such as “Saturday Night Live,” “Glee,” and “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”, and commercials, like ones for McDonalds. America seems to agree with me that Timberlake is one of the most talented actors in the nation, being that Timberlake has won 4 Primetime Emmy’s plus the 4 others that he was nominated for.
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m thinking that we vote JT for president!
