Spartan Theatre’s final show of the school year, “Peter and the Starcatcher” ran this past week from April 25 to April 27 as a swashbuckling success. The comedic story of the play follows Peter Pan’s origin story and his motivations. Uniquely, this was Spartan Theatre’s first spring play rather than musical and the department had a new guest director, Jessie Holder Tourtellotte, for the show.
“The theatre department is so incredibly welcoming so it was easy for us to have a new director come in. She taught me so many things about myself and my acting abilities. It was just all around a really awesome experience that I’ll never forget,” said junior Caroline Heyerdahl, who played Molly Aster.
