On the third day of winter spirit week, students came to school wearing candy cane-like attire for “Candy Cane Day.” Sophomores and seniors wore white, while freshmen and juniors sported red.
“Having that inclusivity of being like hey, this grade wears this color, this grade wears that color, and then we can all be [candy canes] together is really fun,” said sophomore Kalina Chang.
To give students a festive start to the school day, the SGA handed out candy canes to students as they walked through door 12.
“I enjoyed the SGA handing out candy and I thought it was a really sweet gesture,” said sophomore Stella Sutton.
