Timber Tuesday was the festive theme for the second day of spirit week. Students were asked to wear flannels, a typical seasonal apparel.
“Flannel day was the only day I was really able to participate in. It was simplistic enough that I could find it in my closet, but also have fun with spirit week,” said senior Nour Mokbel.
The Student Government Association (SGA) sponsor, Emily Halstead, shared the same sentiment.
“I love ‘flannel day’ because it’s something that a lot of students can easily participate in. They often already have it in their wardrobe. Flannels also keep you warm, they’re fun, and it’s festive for the holidays,” said Halstead.
